Insurance + Pricing

At Blossom Pelvic Health, we believe you deserve honest information about your care.

We are an out of network practice which means we are not contracted with any insurance plan. If you have out of network benefits through your plan, there's a chance a portion of your sessions can be covered. This model allows us to provide longer, one-on-one sessions focused entirely on you, without any limitations.

After contacting us, our office manager will reach out to you directly to: 

- Obtain required information to run an insurance verification

- Answer questions you may have regarding treatment

- Discuss pricing of your visit

- Schedule you with one of our therapists

Payment is made at the time of your visit and we require all patients to have a valid credit card on file. FSA / HSA cards are accepted. We take pride in being thorough and want to make sure you understand the cost of treatment before booking!
