Our Services

How We Can Help

We guarantee one on one treatment with a physical therapist who will be with you throughout the entire session.

In order to provide you with the quality of care we know you deserve, we currently provide our services as out of network providers.

Please reach out regarding your insurance coverage and we are happy to answer any questions you have!

Physical Therapy

At your initial session, we will take a detailed note of your medical history along with taking note of your current symptoms. From there we create an individualized treatment plan aimed at achieving the functional goals we set together.

Your evaluation (75 min) and follow up sessions (55 min) may include the following:

- Manual Therapy: soft tissue massage, trigger point release, joint mobilizations.

- Therapeutic Exercise

- Gait Analysis

- Neuromuscular Re-education

- Postural Assessment

Pelvic Floor PT

Experience a thorough and holistic approach to reproductive health, fertility, and sexual function. Pelvic Floor PT includes many diagnoses including bladder and bowel health, sexual dysfunction and gender affirming surgeries.

A pelvic floor evaluation (75 min) and follow up treatments (55 min) may include:

- An internal & external vaginal / rectal examination. *This examination is always performed with your consent and is not always required. We are happy to answer any questions you may have beforehand. Your physical therapist will always advise if they believe this to be the best treatment option for your condition.

- After the exam is finished, the findings from your exam will be discussed and your individualized plan of care, home program, and follow up treatments will be reviewed.

Sexual Health Counseling

We can all agree that sexual education is not the best and we are all trying to figure ourselves out through our life seasons.

This is a comprehensive sexual education and assessment catered to your needs, wants and environment. The purpose of this session is to help you identify, discover and improve the potential challenge in your sexual relationship with yourself and/or your partner(s) while giving you specific direction and techniques to improve your sexual function.

It is important to note that sexual health counseling DOES NOT take the place of sex therapy (can only be provided by a licensed mental health provider); which is focused on addressing the psychological and emotional factors that are driving your sexual challenges and will never involve a physical assessment.

Examples of what we can work on:
- Problem solving specific barriers: libido, arousal and physical restrictions.
- Understanding and figuring out yours or your partner (s) needs + wants.
- How to have hard conversations.
- How to explore new territory with your sexual experiences.
- How to incorporate intimacy.
